FOOTBALL GURUS!! Please Is This On-Target Or Off-Target? Help A Brother (VIDEO)

I told my kid brother that any ball that hit the crossbar is count as off-target but he disagreed

He insisted that any ball that goes through the goal post or hits the bar is on-target, “the fact it doesn’t go wide or out of the mark, it’s on-target” he added.

Hmmm, I don’t what else I can use to convince him, or am I the one talking in the rubbish?
