Man Arrested For Having Gay S3x In A Hotel, Guess Was Later Done To Him (Photo)

It has ben claimed that the man earlier reported having been arrested by police in Katsina State together with two other men who he allegedly had unnatural sex with them and refuse to pay them had been released on bail.

According to the police press release signed by its public relations officer, SP Gambo Isa, Aminu Tsanni lured the duo of one Abdullahi Abubakar, ‘m’, aged 20yrs of Yar-Kasuwa Qrts, Katsina and Rabi’u Yahuza, ‘m’, aged 23yrs of Sabin Layi Qrts, Katsina into King Paradise Hotel, Katsina and had unlawful carnal knowledge of them one after the other, against the order of nature.

However, fight ensured among them after the principal suspect couldn’t pay the victims their agreed price of N10,000 each as bargained which led to their arrest and subsequent arraignment before a competent court of jurisdiction for prosecution by the Police.

Katsina Post later learned that Aminu Tsanni was bailed out by someone at the Magistrate court 1 in Katsina where he was arraigned and charged and is now already back to his community.

Our reporter gathered that according to the penal court, such crimes cannot be entertained by Magistrate court but State High court.

However, in cases like that, the suspect is usually remanded in prison pending the continuation of the case.
