HAWTNESS!! 38-YEAR-OLD ASHANTI GOES VIRAL… LEAKS STRING BIKINI PICS!!!

38 year old R&B singer Ashanti is trending worldwide on Twitter this morning, after releasing some very revealing pics of herself wearing a string bikini.

Ashanti is currently on vacation on the Caribbean island of St Maarten, and she’s looking better than ever.


The R&B singer had been on a nationwide tour with rapper Ja Rule, and the tour was well received (and attended) by fans.

The “Good Good” singer appears to be enjoying her time on the beach while soaking up the sun. But a little work clearly doesn’t stop the singer from enjoying herself.


Ashanti took to Instagram on Sunday with an alluring photo of herself standing on the beach in a yellow string bikini and her gold Anna-Karin Karlsson sunglasses. The getup showed off her assets, including her toned abs and thighs. Her geotag located her at Karakter Beach Bar, where she apparently was relishing at. She added in her caption, “Sunshine .”

Ashanti, real name Ashanti Shequoiya Douglas, is a singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer, and actress. She was first discovered as a teenager and later signed to Murder Inc. Records in 2001.


Throughout her career, Ashanti has sold over 15 million records worldwide.

And aside from music, Ashanti has also acted in various productions. In 2005, she made her feature film debut in Coach Carter alongside Samuel L. Jackson, as well as starring as Dorothy Gale in the made-for-television film The Muppets’ Wizard of Oz, which pulled in nearly 8 million viewers when it premiered.

She has since appeared in the films John Tucker Must Die (2006) and Resident Evil: Extinction (2007).
