“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, you’re seeking a second term, but based on your first tenure alone, you’re not qualified. We already know your second term will be wørse,” he said.
Speed Darlington also condemned the removal of fuel subsidy, saying the decision has contributed to rising hardship across the country.
“The first major decision you made was removing the fuel subsidy, and now business owners are using it as an excuse to expløit customers. When you look around, you’ll see people are truly struggling,” he stated.
The singer further complained about government borrowing and what he described as excessive deductions and taxes affecting citizens.
“You’ve borrowed billions, and in the end, it’s the citizens who will suffer through increased taxes. The charges deducted from my earnings are outrageous,” he said.
He also took a swipe at supporters of the current administration, saying, “All these your Cityboy movement people, they can’t travel to home without security, nobody love them.”
